How does the design of Rare Earth Countersunk Ring Magnet increase the practicality of magnets?

The countersunk hole of the rare earth countersunk ring magnet allows the head of the screw or bolt to be completely embedded in the magnet, keeping the mounting surface flat and preventing the raised structure from interfering with other components. By fixing with the countersunk hole, the magnet can be firmly mounted on a metal or non-metallic surface, reducing the risk of displacement caused by vibration or external force. The countersunk hole can be matched with fasteners of different specifications (such as hexagon socket screws, flat head screws) to meet diverse installation needs.

The ring design makes the magnetic lines of force more evenly distributed around the center hole, which is suitable for adsorbing ring-shaped or tubular objects. As hidden magnetic fixings (such as cabinet door stops, display board fixings), the countersunk holes enable traceless installation. Embedded in vehicle brackets, sensor holders, etc., the annular hollow design can accommodate wiring or heat dissipation needs.
